Making training my priority

Fitness goals:

1. To sit my CSIA L3 exam in March

2, To fix my back problems caused by muscle imbalances

 

To achieve these goals I will need to:

1, Make regular training (both on snow and dryland training) my priority

2. Increase my strength

3. Increase my cadio fitness

4. Increase my flexibility

5. Improve my instructing skills

 

The nitty-gritty steps needed are:

1. Go to on-hill training 5x per week

2. Stretch twice daily

3. Go to the gym more consistently (3 times per week) for resistance, cardio, and proprioception training

4. Complete physio exercises daily

5. Log and time exercise sessions to monitor progress

6. Log food intake to ensure adequate nutrition levels for training regime

7. Journal teaching experiences
