Making of Red Wine Sauce

Class Description
Wine has been used as a savory food item for salads, meat dishes, poultry dishes, seafood dishes, cakes and desserts etc since centuries. One such crucial byproduct of wine is wine sauce.  In fact, wine sauce is compulsory to add in certain dishes like Coq au vin. It is also used as marinade for a number of seafood dishes. But that does not mean that you can only use wine sauce for non-vegetarian dishes. Wine sauce can be added to vegetarian dishes as well to enhance their taste. Let’s not waste our time, let’s get working.
