Making an Impression: Business Cards Matter, Make Yours Unique

I have recently been working on the different types of business card shapes, personal touches, and finishes that can really make a business card have an impact with your first impression outside of the standard 3.5"x2" rectangle that is everywhere.

For my first class I would like to share some of the various options out there for business cards, including the following:

• Card shape (circle, die cut corners, square, oversided, etc.)
• Finishes (foil, special inks, aqueous coatings, etc.)
• Card thickness and material
• Unique information you can put on to add a personal touch
• Bonus? Printing options

My project will go step by step on choosing the right paper, colors, finishes, content and shape to make your own unique business card to help you make a great and most importantly lasting impression.
