Make the charter roster or higher

I want to move to 20 or above on the roster rankings

I will do this by increasing weight training and overall strength, doing plyos/improving my fast twitch muscles, and improving my cardio.

I also want to lose 4 more inches in my belly button, find a space for yoga in my schedule, drink more water, and learn how to use my food as fuel for my body to help reach my goals.

I think keeping a paper planer to help keep myself organized is going to be key.
