Make 2013 my healthier and fittest year ever

2012 was the year I decided to change my life. No more excuses for my poor shape and weight, it was time to get a grip on things. So I started eating more healthy options and cutting back on junk food, started exercising more and spending less time sitting on the couch watching TV or playing video games, and changing my mindset. I've lost 18kg, gone from wearing XL (European) to a medium, and can work out for longer because of the extra energy I have. I feel healthier and happier, look better, and the heap of compliments that have come my way in the last six months have really boosted my self-esteem and confidence!

I'm not quite where I want to be yet though, so 2013 is the year where I push myself a bit harder. I want to see my six-pack, I want to run in a 10km race and I want to get to a final weight goal of 75kg. I'm setting a challenge for myself but, since I never thought I'd be as fit and healthy as I am now when I set out on my journey a year ago, there's no reason why I can't get there!
