I lost 2.5 stone in 5 months (July-Dec 12), massively helped by Fitocracy and a calorie counter. Now I need to learn to keep at my current weight.

This is new for me - I've gone from eating whatever and never exercising, to monitoring my calories and exercising 5-6 days / week.

What I now need to learn is how to maintain my weight and continue to improve my fitness. I'm guessing this means I need to keep the exercise going and increase my calories, but how do I get the balance right? The risk is that I'll have a little more and a little more, and I could end up back where I was (heaven forbid)!

So that's my starting point - watch this space ...
