Like the sound of that! I'm such a "light bulb" person when ideas come to me... Digging the newest map. Very much like a treasure hunt :)

I did find an interactive map of the AMC trails that might be of interest to you.
http://www.appalachiantrail.org/hiking/find-a-hike/interactive-map  It is interactive but you can look at the various elements.  Maine is a wonderful state.

Maine is certainly a state with personality-- good luck in your endeavors.

When I moved to Maine in 2009, my entire life changed. I may love to travel, but having a home base is perfect for me. I love this state, despite its shortcomings, and in tribute, I want to create a unique map of some of its more charming and perhaps unknown parts.
