Macau Wet Market

My regular weekend marketing involves going to the iconic red market. Macau in many ways still observe the "slow food" way of life where ingredients are made fresh - from getting a live chicken slaughtered on the spot to freshly made tofu (made from fresh soy beans) daily that sells out by noon and the seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables.

So, here's a more Asian take on ingredients and fresh produce.
