Monday, Wednesday - Friday

6:00 am Wake-up, Open door for dogs, Go to the bathroom, Drink water (10 minutes)

6:10 am Brush teeth, Shower (30 minutes)

6:40 am Get Dressed (10 minutes)

6:50 am Feed Dogs (5 minutes)

6:55 am Make/ Eat Breakfast, Yogurt or toast and eggs (10 minutes)

7:05 am Sit down, Eat Breakfast, Start Daily Focus (55 minutes)

8:00 am Put things into dishwasher (5 minutes)

8:05 am Gather all my things (5 minutes)

8:10 am Leave house for the train station, listen to podcast on train (10 minutes)

9:00 am Arrive at Work, Clock-in, Refill Water Bottle 

9:10 am Sit down at desk and check email, help set-up any experiments

9:30 am Start Work

6:00 am Wake-up, Open door for dogs, Go to the bathroom, Drink water (10 minutes)

6:10 am Brush teeth, Shower (30 minutes)

6:40 am Get Dressed (10 minutes)

6:50 am Feed Dogs (5 minutes)

6:55 am Gather all my things (5 minutes)

7:00 am  Leave house (1 hour)

8:00 am Arrive at meeting (1 hour)

9:00 am End meeting, leave for work (15 minutes)

9:15 am Arrive at work, Clock-in (5 minutes)

9:20 am Check email, eat yogurt breakfast  (10 minutes)

9:30 am Start Work
