I was going to start this all off with how I gained so much weight after having 3 kids and I've tried but its been so hard to lose, but I am going to cut to the chase. I gained A LOT of weight after having 3 kids and I have tried here and there to lose weight but truthfully I have been too lazy to stick with anything. But I am done with that. I am done with being fat. I am done with being lazy. I am DONE with being unhealthy. At my last checkup my doctor told me I am on the verge of type 2 diabetes and I have high cholesteral for someone my age. I want ta start feeling good about myself and most importantly I want to be able to see my children grow up. So for 2013 I am buckling down and refuse to give up this time. I have 3 friends who were in the same position as me now and all of them have changed their lifestyle, worked their butts off and look amazing. (and feel better about themselves) my best friend has lost almost 100lbs in the past 2 years and is now a personal trainer. I am starting off slowly cause I have learnt in the past that if I just jump into it too hard to fast I will give up like I have before. It's been 3 weeks now and I have already lost almost 8lbs.
