Over the past two years, I've gone on and off healthy eating and exercising. I've dealt with some depression and a sleep disorder. Through that, I've been stressed about work, money, and supporting my wife through law school. Not working out, eating poorly, and the stress has resulted in me gaining about 30 pounds this past year. I'm the heaviest I've ever been, and I'm not happy or proud of myself. I want to drop the extra flab I've picked up, put on some muscle, and make fitness and healthy eating an integral part of my life.
Currently at 215 pounds 6 foot tall. Used to be around 185 pounds, and I'd like to get down to 170-175 pounds of fairly lean body mass. Ultimately I'd like to get to a point of fitness where I could do sports like hockey or mma without worrying about weight and health.
