Lose 25 pounds and 2 pant sizes.

Goal:  Lose 25 pounds and 2 pant sizes in 2013.

Why:  Want to return to healthiest weight (132) by my 30th birthday in 2014.  When I complete this goal in 2013, I will be on track to reach my 2014 goal.

How:  Make diet staples whole foods, veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, poultry, fish, and legumes.  Some red meat and whole gluten free grains.  Avoid gluten, dairy, sugar, processed foods.  Make exercise a daily habit, focusing on yoga/pilates (daily) and strength training (3x weekly)

Habit change:  Have tracked exercise for a full week on fitocracy (meganomega).
