Jan 13 - Joined the class group in Fitocracy! I've been a Fitocracy member since Jan 3 and logged four workouts since then! Anything is progress at this point.
Jan 21 - I'm feeling good about this. Logged another three workouts this week, and my muscles are feeling it. I did more each workout. I'm trying to do different exercises that work my whole body, but I don't know much. Maybe I should invest in a training session?
