Log at least 3 runs (totalling at least 5 miles) and 3 weight training workouts per week.

I'm training for a half marathon, but frankly I just think that weight training is fun--I love the next-day sore that comes from a good workout. In the past, I've struggled to keep up with both at once, so I'm shooting to do both consistently. Don't really care about weightloss, just endurance, strength and muscle gain. What's the point of a lower number on the scale if you can't do more with it?!
