Living la vida.

Living la vida. - student project

So, even though I'm a stay-at-home lettering artist and graphic designer, I love to juggle my time among those two things and photography, so, thanks to a new series of letters I am working on, I've been taking pictures for reference and inspiration, so here are a few of my favorites where I luckily got to include my new knowledge (Thank you Mariya).

  • The amazing Bokeh effect.

During a beautiful night, in between refreshing and nurturing conversation I saw this picture and decided to snap it; I managed to get some romantic lighting and the all too well known Bokeh effect.

  • The magical Backlight

What's more magical than the sun through a palm tree? Nothing I dare say. I'm being very bias I know but I just love palm trees so much, I can't really say what is it about them, probably because they remind me that I'm living in paradise, and luckily I have plenty of them at my backyard.

  • Closer.

This title is a pun, my camera was brought in closer to the object to take this picture, and the holidays are, well, getting closer as well. I'm not really religious (actually nothing at all) so to me Christmas is really all about the poinsettia flowers... And presents. Mostly presents.
