Little Notebooks

I've always wanted to learn how to make a notebook and coincidentally after joining SkillShare my mom sent me a midori traveler's notebook.  The shape of the notebook is odd enough that I wouldn't be able to buy refills in a store and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to learn and create something that would be able to make my midori more personal.  Since it already came with normal paper, I decided I would make a watercolor insert for it.  I probably should have picked an easier paper to work with for my first time but I love how it turned out.

I had some scrap paper leftover from a care package and decided it would look nice on the cover.

The paper's weight made it tough to cut but I'm really happy with the result.  I found some more paper a few days later and decided to make a tiny notebook as well.

I paired the floral with this cream cardstock to add some strength to the cover.

And the both of them together.
