I want to be able to find out healthy habits I should have and figure out how to permanantly fit them into my life. If I can do this I will look, feel and perform my best at anything I set my mind to! Some of these habits that I already know of are drinking water, exercising and eating well. I need to find out the details so that I can get the most of them and slowly incorperate them into my life.
