Life Goals


I'm a college student and a double art major, so I spend most of my life in the studio and rarely have any time for anything else...and in the rare cases of when I do, I tend to sit in my room instead of being active. I'm now entering my last semester and want to start living a more balanced and healthier life!

My fitness goals:

*Drink more water and less soda

*Walk to Mordor by December 26th, 2013. (starting when I can find a decent pedometer, since the ones I had died rather quickly)

*Go to the gym regularly (2-3 times a week) and log on fitocracy

*Try to eat healthier (a bit of a challenge with a college meal plan)

Desired results:

*Be healthier overall

*Get into a routine of excising regularly

*Improve body composition
