How to Create a Large Poster with Handmade Typography

Samantha, This is awesome! Really cool that you're documenting your life with letters -- I can't recommend this enough. A visual journal is something you'll cherish forever. Also wanted to compliment you on your smooth inking process, these lines look great. If you'd like to dig a bit deeper into this piece in particular, I might recommend playing with the structure a bit. I really like the little features like that triangular line below "indians", and I think adding in some horizontal lines between "game 3" and "the Cubs" might help the structure seem a bit more sturdy. Really hope you enjoyed the class, keep up the good work!
