Since I entered college, 14 years ago, my physical shape has just gone down, down... down.
Right now, my main motivation to exercise and loose weight is to feel leaner, more agile, faster and more active. The first video in this class is really enlightening and motivating. I just can't wait to learn more and get in action!
Right now my weight is 97kg, I'm 1'80m tall, my goals for this project are:
- loose 10kg in the next 3-6months
- gain agility, activity by making more muscle mass.
