Let´s be the best.  - student project

My typical morning routine   (Monday - Friday)

  • 5:00 am: Wake up, drink water, shower, dress for gym (20 min)
  • 5:20 am: Meditation   (10 min)
  • 5:30am:  Dreams, affirmations, gratitude, and goals (10min) 
  • 5:40 am: Prepare and Eat breakfast (20 min)
  • 6:00 am: Daily focus  (40 minutes)
  • 6:40 am: Pack launch and bag to leave house (20 minutes)
  • 7:00 am: Go to the Gym. 

Daily Focus:

  • Monday: VideoMonday - (Examples: Ted talk, funny videos, youtubers, docs, etc) 
  • Tuesday: ReadingTuesday(Examples: Current books, comics, magazine, newspaper,etc) 
  • Wednesday: Stretching-  (knee and shoulder therapy, yoga or stretching
  • Thursday: Me timeanytime I want.
  • Friday:  Stretching-  (knee and shoulder therapy, yoga or stretching) 
  • Saturday:  7am walking or Hiking
  • Sunday:    7am walking or Hiking.
