As long as I can remember I've enjoyed writing; words, not stories. I took art classes in both high school and college, albeit I am a little rusty. I have pages upon pages with my signature, other people's names and phrases. When I managed a "paint your own pottery" studio, I was the designated writer for when a customer wanted something written on their piece.
I chose the phrase "let your hair down" and I wished to capture the essence of the 1960's and 1970's. I got the idea from the Beatles song "I got a feeling" where it says "everybody let their hair down." I wanted to try and make it look like the hair was let down and gently windswept.
