Let's get back into shape!

When I left college and stopped working out with my team on a daily basis, I didn't keep up with things the way I should have.  I lost my motivation, and slowly, my ability to workout the way I want to.  

I want to start running again, really running.  My goal is to run five days a week no matter what.  I'll start with shorter, slower runs and gradually build.

I also need to loose some weight, as that's part of what's holding me back.  Running with an extra ten pounds makes things a hell of a lot harder.  I plan to start with eating a healthy breakfast and trying to get five fruits and veggies a day.
