Les temps sont durs pour les rêveurs.

My phrase, "Les temps sont durs pour les rêveurs," which means "Times are hard for dreamers," comes from one of my favorite movies, Amelie.  There's a sort of sadness in the phrase that I can identify with. Something about having incredible dreams that are nearly impossible to achieve, but dreams, nevertheless, that you have to continue pursuing.

I want my lettering to have that classic French feel. Something that is reminiscent of patisseries along the Seine or Rococo architecture.

For the general illustration, however, I'm thinking I want it to have a bit of a surrealist look, playing off the word "dreamers."  Something fun and whimsical.
