Lemon Genoise with a blueberry jam and whipped cream filling.  

This class helped me perfect my swiss rolls. I realized the mistakes I've made before and learned ways to avoid making them again. Now I am more confident in baking and serving my cake. I'm looking forward to more recipes that are coming up in this class. Thank you.
