Class description-

For this Recipe you will need all-Purpose Flour, chili powder, salt, carom seeds and oil for making dough as well as frying.

First make dough by mixing all the above ingredients together with a spoon of oil and adding very little water and make a stiff dough.

Then roll the dough with rolling pin into thin chapatti and then cut it into desired shapes (squares, diamonds etc)

You can fry them until crispy and golden brown. This snack goes very good with tea and coffee.
