Lean, Mean, Pull-Up Machine!

I've been forever inspired by my *younger* brother's ability to do seemingly effortless pull-ups.

Recently I've been going to the gym with him, and used the Pull-Up Assist Machine...but then had it broken to me that the assist machine isn't the best practice for an independant pull-up. Therefore, i plan to take up bands to help me out until i get there =]

Defined goals?

I want to be able to accomplish 5 bodyweight pull-ups before heading off to Boot Camp come March 12th.

I know i can do it...can you??
