HR: Me (experienced leadership trainer and coach)

Customer: Influencers in the Tech Start-up ecosystem: Angel Investors, Startup Advisors, Startup Incubators and accelerators, and founders themselves

Value: I help influencers add more value to startups their work with by leveling up the leadership skills of the founding team

The hard part: The number of startups with the backing to afford to pay for these services is small. Finding those people and asking them to try me out for free is difficult, but it's not the hard part. The hard part is delivering so much value in that first session that they demand to pay me to come back and do it again and again.
