Hi Mariya thank you for this amazing class. I learnt a lot especially how to do layering and glazing. I found it a bit tricky to do the volume especially with the biscuits, even though i kept on adding darker colour to make it looks rounder at the edge, it still looks flat.
I love the outcome of my second Croissant with the almond. Thank you for your very detail instructions. I'm looking forward to learn from your other classes.
