I enjoyed doing these two in tandem while following along with Autumn's class. The instructions were clear, and I found the choice of the mountains landscape a really effective way of putting everything into practice, so thank you. Phew, there is so much that can affect the outcome: paper choice, brush choice, brush cleaning, water cleaning, paint choice, water on the brush, water on the paper, even drying, ..... The list of variables seems endless, but it's an enjoyable journey nonetheless!
I’m also including the yellow and grey page from my sketchbook to show that for me, at least, Daniel Smith’s Hematite (a Primatec colour) wouldn’t mix well at all with Cadmium Yellow. A lesson learned.
