Logo Design: Let the Type Do the Talking

I really like the idea of lacing together the L and the P somehow, I feel like the natural script curves lend themselves really easily to your concept!

Hi John,I really like the concepts you've started with. I definitely agree with using the symbol of the bow and/or the lace. If you could just find a way to integrate the nice script of the L and the P with the symbols, that'd look great. Maybe have those two letters LACE (ha ha) together beneath the words...?Look forward to seeing where this goes! -Rosie

John, On the second image you've uploaded (2nd image down), I like the top right image the best. I do like the LACE symbol you've created and drawn a few times on the top image. I would somehow combine the symbol and the logo (I really like the idea of having it script, and more custom looking) I like that top right image because the script looks custom, and you have these swirlies going UP, which really is playful because its called laced "up" I am sure you did this on purpose. This brand also seems like a perfect brand to have a monogrammed symbol which you've already started to do! Thanks for sharing! I hope this helps. Hey John,

I like the idea of having a nice script with the little "laced up" mark above it. I think you should keep pushing in that direction. That lace mark tied in with the script face would work well. The script type is reminiscent of lace ties, and it's naturally a good fit. 

I'm designing a logo for a client. Their company is called Lacedup. They're a photography company that specializes in boudoir style. Boudoir photography is basically composed of lingerie, lace, stockings, sexy poses, etc.&nbsp;
