LITERALLY getting out of my comfort zone early in the morning
I love lying in my 'literal' comfortzone: my bed in the morning..
I AM NOT A MORNING PERSON
Well, that is strong believe.. Can I change that?
If I want to have some me-time as a mom, I can get this early in the day..
> Day 1: Woke up at six. My whole body was protesting. For the first time I thought: HELL YEAH I am going to do this. Didn't listen to the inner nagging voice. Jumped out of bed, no snoozing today! I was excited! Did meditation in morning silence.. WOW Didn't know a day could start so nice !
> Day 2: Determined to strenghten my 'DO-IT-ANYWAY muscle'. Must say I have more pleasure now working on my resilience than I have failing and being comforable. Meditated again and opened Skillshare :)
