Knife Skills

I learned a few really valuable tricks in this short 12 minutes class.

  1. Keeping my fist clwed while cutting.  It certianly was a little awkward in the begining but it will keep ones hand's from accidentals cuts.
  2. Garlic mincing by crushing it first.
  3. Keeping the root of the onion on so the flakes remain intact while dicing.
