Kitchen essentials:-Measuring cups and spoons. I have not owned measuring spoons for the past 2 years. Even though I bake often. Trust me, it comes in handy!
-Cast iron or enamel coated pans. It can take on any project!
-A treated wooden cutting board. Never gets gross.
-Compost bin: ESSENTIAL, I can not fight this any harder! Compost your food please! PLEASE.
-Symmetrical plates: This is so important to me, I hate plates or bowls that tip over when you cut your food.
