Kick ass 2013

My first goal--I walk 3 miles per day--to and from work.  I do 60 regular squats per day (6 sets--10 reps, 60 sumo squats and 60 pushups ) every day in the office until I can go back to the gym..  I have been doing this for the past 2 weeks.  Right now, I am healing from a bad cold and am still coughing.  I have surgery next week and won't be able to do upper body work for 6 weeks--bummer.
