Keep my asthma in check

My asthma is greatly affected by my fitness level.

I am going to plan meals on a weekly/monthly basis, cooking on the weekends enough for the week, planning out three meals and snacks every day in actual portion sizes.

I will work out (weights and cardio) 5-6 days per week.

I will vary my workouts - running, swimming, kickboxing, zumba, personal training, weight training.

First positive fitness habit change:

-No soda.

-Pay attention to portion sizes

-Work out 5-6 days per week

-Cut the fast food
