Thank you, Teela! I love your classes! Girl, you were born to teach! You know that, right?

So I was procrastinating on this project with the excuse I didn't have the proper material and it's good stuff is so expensive in my country, etc. And that is all true, but I finally played with what I had and I came to the conclusion that even cheap, dry, cracking watercolor paint looks beautiful. It's just color wanting to shine away, anyway.


This is a very inexpensive watercolor set I got from eBay, and I don't have anything to compare it to, but I can tell it's not very good. I don't think good watercolor is supposed to dry so "crackly"(???). I will, eventually get some good watercolors and brushes, and papers. 


The digital version is significantly more vibrant. I hope I didn't go too far. Did I?

I made 3 seamless patterns from those:







I don't have any specific project I would like to use them for, right now, but I tried to use them as backgrounds for a handlettering exercise I did and I actually love them!
