PROMPT 2: WORK THROUGH REGRET. This regret is actually very similar to the one Yasmine spoke of, only in reverse - regretting going to school vs. taking time off to travel the world. It was so valuable for me to see how the decision I made to go to school still contributed so much of what I felt like I missed out on by not traveling and how it added to my life in really wonderful ways too.

Of course, none of this takes away my Celiac disease and how hard that makes it for me to travel now, but it was also reassuring to note that I can (and have) traveled since. It might not be the same, and it will never be easy like it would have been before my diagnosis, but it is still possible.

I can totally see myself going through this process again and again with deeper regrets that I didn't feel comfortable sharing here. ↓

PROMPT 1: CULTIVATE JOY. I know these are writing prompts, but I've developed a recent love of art journaling thanks to Skillshare, and since it, along with colour and creativity brings me joy, I decided to do this prompt in art journal style as a way to embrace the joy while also writing about it :) ↓
