Joseph's Early riser's project

Hi, my name is Joseph, I am a web entrepreneur. I used to sleep in every morning, sometimes until 9.30 AM and I was not feeling right about this. 

Thanks to the author of this course, and also to this article (french reading, sorry :) : Why I wake up at 5.30 every morning, I decided to take control of my mornings.

Here's my morning routine so far. I decided to start with having the same every day, until I feel comfortable enough to vary depending on the days : 

  • 5.30 : Wake up, say a prayer (5 minutes)
  • 5.35 : Read scriptures (10 minutes)
  • 5.45 : Dress-up, freshen-up (15 minutes)
  • 6.00 : Meditate (10 minutes)
  • 6.10 : Read a book, an article, or take a skillshare class (basically, learn something new) (30 minutes)
  • 6.40 : Eat breakfast, clean up things aroud house (20 minutes)
  • 7.00 : Hit the gym (1.5 hours)
  • 8.30 : Be thankful (5 minutes)
  • 8.35 : Daily focus, planning of the day (25 minutes)
  • 9:00 : Start working day
