Join a spinning class and follow through for the whole spring semester

I like to do triathlons, where my pace through the biking stage is about 18.5mph right now for a sprint triathlon. I have a couple of goals related to the spinning class and triathlons:

1. Get my speed above 20mph for a sprint triathlon distance.

2. Make it through an olympic distance triathlon

Getting better at biking via a structured spinning class should really help that.
