That level of compassion is carried forth by our super-attentive staff—trained and dedicated in every facet of your pet’s well-being.   • Our all inclusive pricing includes treats, play times and all other "extras" 
  • 24 hour staffing.  Our guests are never left alone
  • Impeccably cleaned cage-free boarding suites with deluxe bedding
  • Playtime with human caregivers with or without other pets
  • Play fountain and wading pools (in summer) for our water loving guests
  • Multiple play times per day separated by temperament, large and small breeds 
  • Cushioned flooring both inside and outside to keep joints and bones free of stress
  • Commercial misting system to ensure temperate outdoor playtime
  • Artifically turfed outdoor areas to make sure pets are clean and dry
  • Climate controlled indoor play and boarding areas to keep guests comfortable and safe
  • Video monitoring for travelling owners
  • Noise filtered resort to mute disruptive outdoor noises such as thunder, traffic, trains, planes etc.
  • Professional grooming including show, sport and breed specific scissor cuts and more

With a ratio of one person to every seven dogs, our staff members ensure the happiness and safety of your pets. Our professional team holds certifications in canine and feline care, pet CPR, canine massage, grooming, as well as customer care. We rigorously train, test, and retrain our approximate staff of 100 employees.
