Jimi's New Morning Routine! (90 Mins)

  1. Brush my teeth, floss, take a shower (15 mins)
  2. Listen to NPR/News while showering.
  3. Drink a half liter of water. 
  4. Get outside! Walk 5-10 mins - No phone!! (5-10 mins)
  5. Yoga/Stretch Routine (15 mins)
  6. Push ups and sit ups (10 mins)
  7. PMA(Positive Mental Attitude) Meditation (10 mins)
  8. Educate myself! Read or Skill Share (30 mins)
  9. Prepare, Eat, Clean up breakfast. Nourish the body! Complex carbs and plenty of protein. Keep it light and simple.
