Jennifer's Fitness Goals.

Here are my goals:

1. Lose approximately 30bs. of fat by September or 10: of body fat by the end of the year.

2. Build strength.

3. Eat healtiher. I try and eat healthy but work sometimes prevents me fron doing so. Here's to trying to make better choices.

4. Not really fitness related but I'll include it in here anyway: try and be less stressed out and more confident.
