This is the calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat I got after following the course. I did have to lower the carbohydrates a bit to make sure I'm not going over in calories as originally I was. I think it was because I was following all the higher amounts for each macronutrient.

 

Calories for Cutting: 2810

Calories for Maintenance: 3310

Calories for Bulking: 3810

 

Protein: 250g (36%)

Carbohydrates: 344g (49%)

Fat: 47g (15%)
