I was not totally convinced, that I need a lasagna class, but you opened my eyes! :D
I really learned a lot about making a relly good bolognese sauce. Everybody loved it and it really was sooooo delicious. Altough I didn't get the sausage you mentioned, I replaced it with some more bacon. ;)
I made the double amount of sauce, so we could have spaghetti bolognese first, then the lasagna and i still have one jar of bolognese sauce left.
I didn't have enough lasagna sheets to make 5 layers, but I think I made three and a fourth with some leftover spaghettis. I didn't cook the lasagna sheets again, but it was ok. ;)
