Introducing Alpha

I enjoyed your class. I'm planing on challenging myself this week to stop at least once a day to use the technique that you spoke about. It seems an easy enough and doable habit to help me better work more effectively. I work as an activities facilitator in a senior living facility and it can at times be over-whelming and stressful. Thank you for also providing resources and evidence supporting your claims. I'm looking forward to future courses.
