Intentional & Consistent

My Primary Focus: My focus will be to be intentional and consistent with the precious time I get every day; to start each day with purpose and direction. 

My Habit Goals: Exercise, Stretching, Make Bed, Reading, Go Outiside, Drink Water, Praying

Daily Focus:

  • Monday -  Plan the Week
  • Tuesday - Read
  • Wednesday - Crochet
  • Thursday - Organize/Learn [my day off]
  • Friday - Connect w/ an Old Friend & Find New Music
  • Saturday - Be Active/Go Outside
  • Sunday - Read

Routine Breakdown:

  • 6:00am - Wake Up, Streches, Make Bed, Wash Face (10 min)
  • 6:10am - Drink 1 Glass of Water, Prepare & Eat Breakfast (30 min)
  • 6:40am - Skillshare or TED Talks (30 min)
  • 7:10am - Wash Breakfast Dishes & Straighten Up (10 min)
  • 7:20am - Get Dressed & Brush Teeth (20 min)
  • 7:40am - Prayer & Bible Reading (15 min)
  • 7:55am - Daily Focus (45 min)
  • 8:40am - Leave for Work

Bedtime Routine:

  • 9:00pm - Social Media - Last Look of the Day (15 min)
  • 9:15pm - Shower & Get Ready for Bed (30 min)
  • 9:45pm - Read (15 min)
  • 10:00pm - Go to Sleep
