  • Meditate for 30 minutes each morning
  • GTD Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reviews
  • Read for a novel for 1 hour each day
  • Work out for 1 hour each day

3. Writing everyday and working out everyday. I don't do either anymore, but they were habits that I held during college..
