Working to complete the Insanity program from start to finish, no skipping days or making excuses! Love it because it requires minimal effort in planning from me, and the daily structure of it makes it easy to keep myself accountable.
Update: I'm on week 3 of Insanity, which begins with the second of three fit tests! I improved in all areas, which was to be expected, but I was also excited to find that my numbers were nearing (and in a couple spots exceeding) those of the instructors on the video itself! I'm looking slimmer, I have more energy. Life is good!
