I don't know what I weigh. I don't want to make it about that. A number on a scale isn't all that important to me, honestly. I just want to move more and build strength, endurance, and stamina. I'm sure better food choices would help too.
From the module, I learned that I would do well to think more about weight training, in addition to my walks. I've seen some amazing results from friends who run, so that seems like something I should check out. I want workouts that are fun. I don't want to buy a lot of expensive stuff.
Still working on a specific set of goals...
